harriet and mummyHi I’m Amanda,

I’ve been crafting for as long as I can remember, from a young age I’ve always had fun creating things from scratch using a range of different materials.

Since become a mum and working with young children I’m intrigued at how free and unreserved a child is when they start painting, for example an adults interpretation of an animal such as a penguin would generally restrict them to using black and white whilst a child’s use of colour is far more imaginative. Why can’t Zebras be green and yellow or Elephants bright pink?

Imagination is a wonderful thing; Let them create something truly memorable and certainly unique.
